Mexico: Falls from burning hot air balloon and dies, another victim confirmed

A person died during the Balloon Festival in the Mexican state of Zacatecas. The man was on board a hot air balloon that was about to take off when the basket caught fire. Everyone on board managed to get off, except for the victim. To escape the flames, the man clung to a rope outside the basket until he could no longer hold on and fell into the void.
